Randy Kornele Consultant/Owner has over 18 years of Materials Management and Process Improvement experience. He has played a pivotal role with previous employers on adhering to and improving upon processes necessary to manage inventory.
Prior to TRINE Consulting, Mr. Kornele began his career in the Marine Corps where he was responsible for the Local Asset Management System (LAMS) for an Aviation Logistics Squadron, Individual Materials Readiness Lists (IMRL) Manager for a Marine Attack Squadron and effectively mobilized a unit detachment to Kuwait earning himself numerous awards and recognition's . Upon completing his service to our nation, Mr. Kornele went to work for Key Energy Services' International Division where he successfully performed the initial inventory counts and system upload to Key's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for assets located in Argentina. He then transferred into Key's Fishing & Rental Division and oversaw the entire process of materials management, utilizing their Rental Tool Management System (RTMS) on more than 52,000 individual serialized assets located within 22 locations. In 2009 Mr. Kornele transferred into our industries Explorations & Production side. Working for LINN Energy, Mr. Kornele created and implemented a materials management program which oversaw a peak inventory value of $24MM at 74 inventory locations. Utilizing the Enertia Software, Mr. Kornele developed the parameters needed to successfully operate Enertias Materials Module, identifying the processes necessary for Material Transfers, Invoice Coding and Inventory Reconciliations.
Mr. Kornele is experienced in Sarbanes-Oxley development, COPAS guidelines for materials management, numerous inventory software solutions and developing processes based on the needs of the company.
